Contact the Right Court Office

Questions about an official Iron County court docket belong with the Wisconsin office that holds the original. The Clerk of Courts handles circuit records and copies, while Judicial Courts can help verify a setting. This private site cannot act on a case or send a court record.

This Is Not a Court or Government Office. This private reference site cannot retrieve records, change court dates, accept filings, collect court payments, seal cases, issue certified copies, or give legal advice.

Need an Official Docket or Record?

Use WCCA for a public case lookup. Ask the Iron County Clerk of Courts for the official case file, a filed document, a docket copy, or certification. For a hearing date that cannot be confirmed through the WCCA court official calendar, call the Judicial Courts office. Identify the case number and the date shown online when possible.

  • Circuit docket or case file: Clerk of Courts, 715-561-4084
  • Certified copy: request it from the Clerk of Courts and confirm the current fee
  • Hearing setting: Judicial Courts, 715-561-3434
  • Public online index: Wisconsin Circuit Court Access
  • City parking or ordinance matter: use the city named on the notice, not the circuit clerk by default

The clerk's official listing is Iron County Clerk of Courts, 300 Taconite Street, Suite 207, Hurley, WI 54534. Counter hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The Judicial Courts office is in Suite 209 at the same courthouse. Mail a focused request only after confirming the copy cost and accepted payment method.

The clerk page also provides the county's current launch point for publicly accessible court documents. A document may not be posted even when its docket entry is public. The clerk remains the custodian for that distinction.
